How It Works

2) Enter the condition of the item.

3) An offer for your item is immediately calculated that you can accept or reject.

4) If accepted, the offer is locked in for 30 days and you just need to get the item to Gazelle in that 30 day window. Gazelle will even mail you a box with a prepaid shipping label.

After the item is returned and inspected, Gazelle will confirm the condition and make any adjustments to the original offer as necessary. If any changes are made, Gazelle will contact you and you are free to accept or decline the new offer.

As for payment, there are a variety of options including a check, PayPal, prepaid Visa or Amazon Gift Card. You can also choose to donate some or all of the cash to one of more than 100 approved charities. For most items, payment is issued within a week from the time Gazelle receives it.
